The Enterprise of the Year, the Citizen’s Association of the Year, the Spark of the Year, the Act of the Year, the Supporter of the Year and the Small Business of the Year will be selected by Harju County Enterprise and Development Centre for this year. In total, 76 candidates were nominated.
Pakri Science and Industrial Park has been nominated for the Enterprise of the Year 2017 award. The criteria for the selection of companies worthy of recognition are successful economic indicators, stable jobs (or their creation), accountability and environmental awareness, and orientation towards cooperation with local businesses and the community.
The Makers of The Year 2017 will be made public on November 7th after the evaluation meeting. The evaluators are representatives of the partners’ representatives and the representives of the Makers of the Year 2016. The performers of Harju County will be recognized on 23rd of November in the Kiisa Community House located in the Saku municipality.
Harju County Maker is a competition that recognizes last year’s most prominent people, communities, civic associations and businesses. Recognition is intended for citizens, associations and businesses in Harju County (except Tallinn). The competition is made in cooperation with Harju Enterprise and Development Centre (HEAK), Harju County Government, Harju County Association of Municipalities (HOL) and Kodukant Harjumaa are cooperating.
