Tartu University Core Laboratory of Energy Efficient Construction and PAKRI Science and Industrial Park started research about energy efficiency in housing. The research focuses the following: how to renovate existing historic apartment as energy efficient and with optimal cost as possible. The research covers also real testing and monitoring during renovation in historic 3-room apartment in Kadriorg, Tallinn.
The research first results are ready in april 2014, the monitoring will last minimum one year after renovation completion.
