We just had new record in raising crowdfunding for our buidling complex nr 3 (see https://pakri.ee/new-record-in-crowdfunding-22min-for-135-000eur/) and weeks later we have already started its renovation. Tallinna 31 building complex renovation just started.
During the first stage massive demolition and cleaning will take place, front faccade upgrade, main roll-up doors and 10KW wind turbinewill be installed, electrical intallation and camera survilance also new.
Already discussions with first potential clients.
